Always over – can’t stand it when it’s under!
That was funny! I hate people that can’t put he toilet paper on right which is of course, with it hanging over. LOL

I’m and underneath kind of girl. Quite frankly, most of the time though I leave it draped however the heck the kids leave it. LOL! Have a great weekend!

funny question, All three for me. I have four Bathrooms and all of them have the TP in different way. Master bath is always sitting on the toilet top. the others are whatever the person does when replacing it,lol.
Hmmm, I don’t really pay attention… even though I am the one who always has to put a new roll on. I just stick it on there – I don’t think the kids or hubby prefer one over the other. Hubby does get irritated if the paper towels are not hung with the top over though. ;)
It is a combo of under and sitting on the back of the toilet. Mostly depending on whether my daughter is demanding my attention or not.
If anyone puts it under at my house, I change it to over!
