We stayed home this weekend because yup, the kids are sick again.  Boogies, coughs and all. Fabulous.

So, with it being 95° + outside, we were stuck in the house while Daddy did random manly things like remove wasp nests etc.

I did get to use all of my amazing Sun & Earth products to clean up around here, so that was oh-so-productive of me. See.

But, other than that these poor kids were so bored. Yeah – trillions of toys, Mommy home & Daddy home – imagine that!?

So I whipped out some toys that they received at Christmas…but were too young at the time, to play with.

Pinkie & I, 8 months ago (already) on Christmas day.

MyBuddy was actually perfectly content with his Magna Doodle since Pinkie wasn’t trying to eat the pen, so we just let him doodle away! He’s amazing at drawing “happy faces” :)

So I opened up Pinkie’s Corolle Baby doll “Calin Candy Pink” and could smell the yummy vanilla scented doll as I tried to un-contort it from the packaging.

Pinkie has slept with her other Corolle doll “Musical Babipouce” since she was born, so I knew she would love this “NEW baby” too.

She was dragging carrying her “new baby” around all day!  She loved the mini-stroller too — ‘cept when myBuddy would steal it to pretend it was a motorcycle and “do wheelies” with it – ugh.

So I LOVE the Corolle baby doll brand and even had one of my own when I was little (they are a France-based company who has been around since 1979).

Check it…even Shiloh Nouvel, Brad & Angelina’s daughter has a Corolle baby doll!

Umm…try not to be TOOOO distracted by Brad…

…wait….what was I taking about baby doll…whaaa?…oh ok, sorry…

That happens.

So, we had a nice weekend with minimal melt-downs and a plethora of boogies, but we’re on the mend now…I hope.

(Bet Brangelina’s kid’s don’t get this sick all. the. time.)
