Our daughter who is a little over a year old is on her 3 day of having ups and down on fevers. She's getting about 101F/39C, mostly she has her fever in the middle of the night ie. 2am. I've been sleeping beside her and constantly having a warm damp/wringed out towel over her head to cool her body down. The doc said yesterday that its just a viral (ears, throat) are okay. She also has a rash (doc said due to teething since poos become acidic during teething). We are seeing some lower k-nine teeth may be appearing. I hope its just teething, and worse case scenario Roseola. Thanks for the blog as it helps to know that this is normal occurence for kids growing up. High fever 103 and above, feeling terribly sick........ they thought swine flu, started anti-virals and antibiotics.! Last night fever broke, this morning the rash! Tonight her eyes are swollen and her head is covered with the rash, Thanks !
