Sun & Earth All Purpose Cleaner Review and Sunny Cleaning Pack Giveaway

(WINNER HAS BEEN POSTED BELOW)

Today, after a long Labor Day Weekend out of the house, we came home and I cleaned.

You know, scrubbed the bananas stuck to the underside of the highchairs, swept the goldfish crackers out of the corners, washed the gooey fingerprints off the back door window panes…all with the help of my trusty Sun & Earth cleaning products.

You certainly know how many mountains of laundry there are after a long weekend away!  Sun & Earth helped me tackle them as well.

While I could rave right now about the entire line of Sun & Earth cleaning products (and I will in due time), today I’m going to share with you one of my favorite products that they sell…

…The Sun & Earth All Purpose Cleaner.

Here is why I have officially stopped using Clorox Green Works All Purpose Cleaner and now use ONLY the Sun & Earth All Purpose Cleaner:

The Sun & Earth All Purpose Cleaner actually has 100% all-natural ingredients.

Ingredients: Natural surfactants (made from coconut and vegetable oil), orange oil, preservative, & water.

That’s it!  I love that Sun & Earth REALLY stacks up to and beyond your traditional “name brand” cleaners.

no_chemicals

My old, Green Works cleaner contains added fragrances and dyes…if you read their list of ingredients – not a fan of all those “unnecessary extras”.  Sun & Earth products do not contain any dyes or perfumes.

Sun & Earth’s All Purpose Cleaner has an AWESOME spray-trigger design!  My other Sunny Seven bloggers can vouch for this one :)

You can get a good grip on the bottle and the sprayer just fits in your hands so easily – the design is brilliant!

trigger

Of course I love that, the Sun & Earth All Purpose Cleaner bottle can be re-used again and again…you just add the concentrated refill along with some water and wha-lah…you’ve just saved the earth again!

The scent (of all of their products) is orange-y…it’s natural and it doesn’t cause me to choke, like with other products I’ve used in the past.

The smell of a cleaning product is pretty important to me because I have a super-sonic sense of smell and well…you just want your house to smell fresh and clean after your hard work…not “perfume scented” and toxic, like other harsh cleaners tend to leave you with.

Last, but not least…it WORKS SO WELL!  It cleans everything in my house from highchairs and table tops, to my husbands stainless steel grill and even the interior of our cars.

Also Works Well on:

• Greasy Stove Tops
• Refrigerators
• Pet Areas
• Kitchen Counter Tops safe for granite and corian
• Tile Floors
• Baby Changing Table
• School Desks
• Bathrooms safe for marble
• Mopping Floor: Mix 1 part to 10 parts water

I’ll also add hardwood floors to that list, as the Sun & Earth Microfiber Mop is pure genius – but I’ll save that goodie for another day :)

I currently use a whole arrangement of products, depending on what I’m cleaning.  I’d love to just have one!  Mostly I use Shaklee Basic H but it isn’t cut out for major greasiness or anything, that is where I use something un-natural like “Fantastik”.

I just started using Simple Green products. They clean fairly well but the scent of their all-purpose cleaner is (to me) not pleasant.

I made the switch to Green Works a few months back, but after reading your post that dyes and such are added into it, I guess it’s not as “natural” as I assumed.  I feel like choosing a cleaning product that is good for the environment is an EASY change that people can make.  I would really like to try these products and I am especially interested in the microfiber mop since the majority of my house is hardwood floors and I have yet to find something all natural that I truly love for them.
