Snow White like you’ve never seen before!

So excited to tell you that just (re) released yesterday by Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment is the Remastered Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Diamond Edition DVD and BLU-RAY™.

This timeless classic tale written by the Brothers Grimm, was the first full-length animated film ever made (1937) and one of the most beloved and most watched films in history.

I remember singing and dancing to Snow White when I was a little girl. Now she’s back and more beautiful than ever in the Diamond Edition.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Diamond Edition includes BOTH a BLU-RAY™ disc AND a DVD in one package, so if you don’t have a BLU-RAY™ player, your DVD player can play it too!

While I was cleaning up dinner last night, I popped it in for the iTwins to watch.

Disney explains:

Being someone who adores and scrutinizes animated films, I can tell you the picture quality, clarity and colors in this new version are brilliant! The new High Definition 7.1 sound had me singing & humming “Some Day My Prince Will Come” ♫ ♪♩for the rest of the night. My husband did eventually get home from work – hehe

my little aside…
[Sometimes these numerous "extras" get to be a little overwhelming for me, so that's the only reason I gave it - perhaps the disc wouldn't be so cluttered with them all - though I'm sure when the iTwins are older and can navigate through a disc menu, they will enjoy these bonus features.]

It was pretty neat how the “Magic Mirror” acts as your host throughout your viewing and uses a new Disney technology to suggest starting points and guide you back into the movie – very cool feature.
