Pack ‘n Play Scramble!

So this is HOW I am able to shower/get dressed in the morning…

One iTwin in each Pack ‘n Play with Sesame Street on.

Up until today it has worked out nicely as I pop into a quick shower 5 feet away.

I’ll hear them singing, clapping and counting while I scramble to dash in and out of the please-wake-me-up water!

But today, as I rinsed out my conditioner, I heard giggles.

Lots of giggles.

I wondered, did myBuddy escape?

No, he would have ran right into the bathroom…

So…I had to know what they were laughing about…

I jumped out grabbed towel and peeked around the corner to find this…

Yes folks…

…they are officially inseparable.

While he didn’t quite figure out how to get OUT of the Pack n’ Play…he figured out how to get IN the same one as his sister.

Guess my morning shower has seen it’s last day.

I always have someone banging on my bathroom door or sticking fingers under the door.

Do they make those things for big kids too??
Ya know, for ages 4,6 and 10??

I need a few preferably with tops on them….
Oh, and locks. Yeah, I need locks for them too!

Oh, can they make them soundproof too?
    That would be awesome.

Yes, its a sad day when you realize that your little people have changed the rules on you!!! Its pretty cute though, the two of them sitting together watching their show. But do not fear, its not totally over, until they figure out how to get OUT of the packnplay!!

Adorable!  We just brought home Little Sister.  She is 373 days younger than Big Brother… I can’t wait until they are at that fun stage and HOPEFULLY as inseparable!  I feel bad for your morning shower though…

It figures it would be the boy climbing, lol.  My little guy is such the climber but my daughter was never like that.
    So cute!

Don’t you hate when you have to come up with a new “routine”??  :-)

That is TOO funny!  I wish Evan didn’t know how to get out of his pack n play-that would make getting ready SOO much easier!

Ugh. Besides my sanity, I’d say the morning shower was my biggest loss in having needy children. Time to buy some hair-covering ball caps!

Oh my gosh… that is hilarious!!!!! So glad you got that on camera! Too cute that he found a way to get in his sister’s pack-n-play… and uh-oh at the same time! I guess you’ll have to leave them further away from eachother now… but… he can get out… so hmm… perhaps his days of being in there are numbered now… always sad when that happens!

This is so cute!  Hey, at least they get along… my son loves his sisters, but will NOT even begin to warm up to the idea of them sleeping in his room?!  I have a 2 bedroom, but the kids room is BIG!!  I think Ava and Emma will be crawling out of the co-sleeper, into my bed, before Jax budges :(
