January 7, 2006 – What an amazing wedding day we had surrounded by our family and friends. I couldn’t stop smiling the entire time we were looking at each other on the altar.
My poor husband had no voice and was so sick on our wedding day. It wasn’t until the next day I found out that while I was getting ready with my girls that morning, he was at the emergency care facility begging for some relief…they gave him a shot in the butt on the morning of our wedding – hehe.
Couldn’t have done it without our amazing parents.
We had an awesome wedding party – there was 21 of us all together! It was such a fun time having everyone close to us involved in our wedding.
We had our reception at the Bridgewater Manor in Bridgewater, NJ – we were pretty happy that we didn’t have a snowstorm! You never know in January in New Jersey (people from NJ freak when they hear the word snow LOL), so we lucked out with that :)

Oh and I think our MC was straight out of the show ‘Jersey Shore‘ – good gracious that ‘Joisey accent’.
There was a lot of dancing, partying and happiness all around us — it was so much fun!
We couldn’t have been happier with the best day of our lives…
…especially since it was 30-something degrees in NJ, and we were off to Hawaii for our Honeymoon!
…then 10 months later…
…the real fun began…

Jocelyn & Kevin…SO Hard to believe your big day was 4 years ago today!! Haha remember all of us bridesmaids scrambling around in one house getting ready, what gorgeous weather you had on your side, the gnatty photographers who ended up getting the most spectacular shots, the fantastic bridesmaid limo, the bridal suite for wedding gown quick fixes, the amazing cocktail hour, the cool ice sculptures, your awesome gown and rockin jewel-bedazzled sneakers (which I still think you could custom make for other brides and sell for astronomical fees haha) the announced entrances into the main ballroom, the hilarious dancing and delish food and let’s not forget that craaaazy wedding celebration that continued well into the night!! So lucky to be your Maid of Honor. And so happy for what has come out of your marriage in these QUICK 4 years since…aka Kevin and Carleigh YAY :) Congratulations you guys and enjoy reminiscing today…Happy Anniversary!! We’re on the same time schedule. Did the marriage thing in 2007, first baby boy in 2008, and baby girl in 2009. We’ve declared a year of rest for 2010! Loved the pics.
