If you’ve been following me since November, you know that I’ve been on a mission to lose the weight that I put on with back-to-back pregnancies.
When my extremely high blood pressure did not resolve itself after my pregnancies, losing the weight became my only option.
I’ve reached my goal!
Well, today is the day I’ve let go of my record-keeping blog-posts and program-affiliations.
I have decided to stop blogging about it.
I am “weight-loss burnt out”.
I am done with Weight Watchers.
I am finished with DailyBurn.com
I have stopped working out (religiously at least) with P90X.
(MOST of my results came from this program! Love it!)
I have LOVED them all and contribute my weight-loss to all of them!
I am happy that I was able to lose 47lbs. total since November and I’m not looking back!

Over the last 6 months I have learned how to eat healthy and balanced foods (thanks to Weight Watchers and DailyBurn.com).
I have learned the importance of all-natural and organic foods.
I’ve also seen how moderate exercise (thanks to Power 90 and P90X.com) can make a world of difference!
I am not stopping any of the methods I’ve embraced over the past 6 months, but rather using what I’ve learned to continue living my life in a new light.
I am forever grateful for all of the support I’ve had by you guys here online and by the family and friends in my life – you have all helped me change…for the better…and essentially saved my health and life! Thank You ALL!!!
I do NOT have “washboard abs” or anything close to “buns of steel”…in face there is a quite a bit of extra baby-belly skin to spare and stretch-marks galore, but I don’t care much about any of that. I’m healthy. I’m happy.
Now, I can happily embrace being a Mommy and get back to all my other various hobbies that I’d temporarily pushed aside. Oh and catch up on this season of LOST! WooHoo!

I started South Beach last week, and am really motivated. So far it’s working great for me, and I’ve started exercising more and everything. I tried p90X but couldn’t keep up with it with three young kids – I’m hoping to revisit it again soon :)
